Christina is a real estate investor with over a decade of experience in private equity and banking with Ridgemont Equity Partners and Wells Fargo Securities. She has a passion for learning and sharing her knowledge with other investors to guide them down the path of financial freedom and maximizing their generational wealth through real estate. Christina is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. She has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Stony Brook University.
Christina grew up in Charlotte and currently resides in Concord, NC. She enjoys spending time with her husband, stepson, and two miniature dachshunds. She is a loyal Mets fan and dedicated to fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
Leanne Gilleland

Leanne has been a real estate investor for over 10 years. Though she started her career as a chemist, she has renovated dozens of homes and owned several rental properties. She has a passion for understanding how things work and sharing her experiences with budding investors. Her passion for creating affordable housing for Cabarrus County reaches beyond her real estate investing experience. Leanne holds a BA degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has a heart for service, whether it be teaching preschool worship at her church, distributing food at a local food pantry, or traveling to Alaska on mission trips. When not working, Leanne spends time with her husband and 4 children and loves to involve all of them on her latest real estate project.
Leanne started her career as a chemist. She worked in the field of microfiltration, pharmaceutical purification, and scientific instrumentation where she brought creativity and excellence to solving industry challenges. She began investing in real estate as a way to spend quality time with her mother and daughters and quickly fell in love with the property renovation process. She has renovated over a dozen properties and holds several as rental properties. She continually strives to learn more and involve her family in her journey.
